Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • course enrolment, lesson progress, quiz attempts, completion and certificate information;

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered into Stripe’s payment system. ViroSafety Ltd does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security arrangements.

Why we use your information

We use personal information where necessary to:

  • process your order and provide access to the course;
  • create and manage your learner account;
  • record course progress and issue completion certificates;
  • provide customer support;
  • maintain security, prevent fraud and troubleshoot the website;
